Securing your wedding date:

A Non refundable booking fee (this fee covers behind-the-scenes admin, plus securing your date in my diary) of £50 is required to secure your wedding date for 2024/2025.
This payment is non-refundable should you cancel or postpone your wedding date.
- By paying this booking fee and securing your wedding, you are agreeing to my Terms and Conditions.
All bookings are for either my Classic Package OR my Exclusive Package.
- If booking the Exclusive Package, this is for the bride only. Additional bridal party members can NOT be booked.
- If booking the Classic Package, then additional extras can be added to the package. These can viewed here: Additional Extras

A booking form will be emailed for completion and will ask for the following information:
- Name, Address, Contact Number, Wedding date, Wedding time, Venue address, Getting ready address and number of bridal party members wishing to have their hair styled.
- It is the client(s)/brides’ responsibility to advise whether they or any members of their bridal party have ever experienced reactions or have any allergies towards any hair products.

After your Pre-Wedding Trial, a cost breakdown will be emailed to you. A final payment invoice will be submitted one week before your wedding date for the full final payment.

Pre-wedding hair trials:

Pre-Wedding hair trials take place at my studio in Blisworth, Northampton, NN7 2QB between Monday's - Thursday's (10am - 3pm) Some Friday availability will be available upon request however, Weekends are booked for weddings.

Please allow at least 2.5 hrs for your bridal hair trial. Bridesmaids / Mother of the bride, 1hr
- The cost for a Pre-wedding hair trial for the bride is £85.00, payable on the day of the trial.
- Payment for pre-wedding hair trials for bridesmaids, Mother of the bride / Groom or additional guests, is £50.0 per person and is required on the day of the trial itself.
- Pre-wedding hair trial payments are non-refundable should the wedding date be cancelled by the client.
A 48 hour notice period for Pre-wedding hair trial cancellations is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. If you fail to show up for an appointment you will be charged at full payment.
Payment methods for pre-wedding hair trials - Card payments or bank transfer (Bank transfers must be made prior to leaving the studio)

Cancellations:

The booking fee is non-refundable

A 30 day notice day period is required for wedding day cancellations made by the client.
- Where an additional payment to the booking fee has been made, this payment is non-refundable if the cancellation has been made within 30 days of the wedding day.
- Pre-wedding hair trial payments (where the appointment has already taken place) are non-refundable should the wedding date be cancelled by the client.
In the unlikely event of me having to cancel before your wedding day your booking fee will be fully refunded.
- If for any reason I am unable to attend your wedding day I will make every endeavour to find you another hairdresser otherwise you will be refunded in full including your deposit. (please note, this has never happened before).

A 30 day notice day period is required for wedding day party member changes to avoid full payment before the wedding date.

A 48 hour notice period for Pre-wedding hair trial cancellations is required to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. If you fail to show up for an appointment you will be charged at full payment.

Travel & Surcharges:

Travel is charged at 0.50p per mile (round trip) outside of my home town in Northampton.
A £55 surcharge applies to Easter Sunday bookings

Payments and cost breakdowns:

Classic Bridal hair package (Bride + Bridal party of three adults) £365.00
- Booking and securing your wedding day with a booking fee of £50 - This payment will be deducted from the final balance.
- Brides Pre-wedding hair trial £85, payable on the date of the pre-wedding hair trial - This payment will be deducted from the final balance. This payment is non-refundable should you cancel your wedding date. Please see cancellation policy above.
- After the pre-wedding hair trial appointment, a final cost breakdown will be supplied adding any extra's such as bridal party members, travel costs or hair extension hire.
- A final payment invoice will be submitted to the client for payment one week prior to the wedding date.
- A typical cost breakdown example:
  - £365.00 Classic package
  - £50.00 to secure your booking
  - £85.00 Pre-wedding hair trial (payable on the day of trial)
  - Total outstanding: £230.00 (payable one week before your wedding)
Exclusive Bridal hair package (Bride Only) £240.00
- Booking and securing your wedding day with a booking fee of £50 - This payment will be deducted from the final balance.
- Brides Pre-wedding hair trial £85, payable on the date of the pre-wedding hair trial - This payment will be deducted from the final balance. This payment is non-refundable should you cancel your wedding date. Please see cancellation policy above.
- After the pre-wedding hair trial appointment, a final cost breakdown will be supplied adding any extra's such as travel costs or hair extension hire.
- A final payment invoice will be submitted to the client for payment one week prior to the wedding date.

  - £240.00 Exclusive Bride only package
  - £50.00 ro secure your date
  - £85.00 Pre-wedding trial (payable on the day of trial)
  - Total outstanding £105.00 (payable one week before your wedding)

Style decision / choice:

Every effort is made during the pre-wedding hair trial to create the chosen and overall style. Photos will be taken throughout the appointment and sent to the client.
Depending on the style required, at least two styles will be trialed.
On some occasions, a final hairstyle decision does not have to be made until two weeks before the wedding date.
The hairstylist accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any hairstyle changes made by the client/bride on the day of the wedding or the condition of the hair caused by products used by the client prior to the pre-wedding hair trial and wedding day itself.

Tools products and equipment:

Only paying clients receiving my wedding hair services are covered under my insurance to use my hair products, tools and equipment

Hair Extensions - Tems of hire:

An option to hire The Hairbook - wedding stylists clip-in hair extensions will be offered if necessary for the required hairstye on the day of the pre-wedding hair trial.
A £20.00 deposit is required to hire the clip-in hair extensions. This amount will be added to the final payment invoice which will be emailed to the client one week before the wedding date.
The cost of hire for the clip-in hair xtensions is £65.00 per person. This amount will be added to the final payment invoice which will be emailed to the client one week before the wedding date.
- A stamped addressed envelope will be provided on the day of the wedding for the hair extensions to be returned.
All hair extensions hired on the wedding day must be returned in good condition (as fitted on the day) within five working days of the wedding. The clips must be closed and the extensions combed before returning.
- There is not need for the client to wash the extensions before returning.
Once the hair extensions have been received back in good condition, the £20 deposit will be refunded.

Photos and videos

The hairstylist may take photos and videos of her work throughout the morning preperations for portfolio purposes.
The hairstylist may take 'keepsake' photos for the bride/bridal party throughout the morning preperations. These photos will be sent to the bride the following day and deleted from the hairstylists phone.

Personal information

Information collected from the clients (on you or those you gift too) will be stored safely and will be used purely to carryout your instructions and action your payments.
- there are no circumstances where information will be shared with a third party.
